Terry Don Woodward, Jr. was convicted of murder and of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and sentenced to life in prison. Because the trial court properly refused Woodwards request for a lesser-included offense instruction, properly admitted evidence of Woodwards "White Pride" tattoo during punishment, and properly allowed expert testimony regarding the distance from which one of the victims was shot, we affirm.
